I'm Jeff Smith everyone calls me Boe, at this time I'm on FMLA leave from work due to a stroke. The Docs say one thing then another but I'm truly bored cause they wont let me go back to work. For 1 full year I should have no STRESS what so ever. Do you know how hard that is? I mean com'on I did have insurance thank the heavens but every day a new BILL demanding payment is coming in the mailbox. Now about the Stress part guess what my line of work is ..
'Retail Management" One of the most stressful jobs around. You have several different employees with only (1) thing in common the paycheck they receive from the company. Let alone trying to please everyone and playing Referee from time to time. I have to worry about Profit and Loss statements, making enough money to cover all expenses, including but not limited to payroll. If you don't sell enough, the next week you have to "trim" the payroll and I do understand the workers needs because I'm right there with them. When I cut payroll it adds more to my job because I have to take the slack of those hours and it adds to my 10 hr plus days. That's just the (TIP) of the ice berg with my so called Retail Management position. I'm stressed just thinking about it. So the reason I'm here is I started working on-line cause I was BORED. In the Management business you train others to do what you do to make your job easier. So I'm going to treat it like that. I am a NORMAL person not some professional "GURU" so I live and learn just like you. As you will see I'm not the greatest typist that I used to be for the limitations of my right hand and of coarse I'm right handed (due to stroke).But it is getting better day-by-day. Now what I have done is put together this website to introduce you to Affiliate Marketing. That's where you promote someone else's business. You get paid a commission to do so. Yes your are still Working for someone at this level but at your own pace. The more you Promote the bigger your checks will be and that's the key, Promoting your affiliates product.

There is no need to go in order nothing is carved in stone . You do what you feel is right, we all learn the old way trial an error. Hopefully we can master this to move to big and better things. I will show you how to do this on a budget But the products are Outta my control. The sponsor sets the price you make as an affiliate so there is no way around that. I suggest to maybe try one or two of them just so you will know what you are promoting, like I have. Deep down I do believe that you can make any product be successful, Just by finding that NICHE (sorta like a market) and whole heartly put you body and soul into it. You would at some job working FOE THE MAN just to get a raise,right? So lets put that into our own business model. If you work really hard ,that is learning everything you can ,do your research and read a lot of articles. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL, With my help, As we all know how The saying goes "2 HEADS ARE BETTER THAN 1" So on with the show.
